Website information is general and does not replace individual assessment or advice from an appropriate registered medical professional. IKKYU does not provide emergency care. Seek urgent medical assistance for severe, unexplained or rapidly worsening symptoms.

Bookings and suitability

Appointments are subject to availability and practitioner assessment. Please provide information that is accurate and relevant to safe treatment. IKKYU may modify, postpone or decline treatment where reasonably necessary for safety, scope of practice or professional reasons.

Fees and payment

Current fees are shown on the Pricing page and include GST where applicable. Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card or cash. Private health rebates depend on your insurer and level of cover. HICAPS availability does not guarantee a rebate.

Cancellation, rescheduling and late arrival

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. A cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 100% of the booked fee. A no-show may also be charged 100%. Late arrival may shorten the available treatment time and the full booked fee may still apply. IKKYU will consider circumstances and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Packages and claims

Any package-specific inclusions, expiry or use conditions presented at purchase also apply. Loyalty Package clients may request a receipt for manual private-health claiming where eligible. Claim acceptance remains the decision of the relevant insurer.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

Website availability and external services

IKKYU aims to keep website information accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted access. Booking, mapping and other external links are operated by third parties and may have separate terms and privacy practices.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding and original materials belong to IKKYU or are used with permission. You may view them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, or reproduce substantial content without permission.

Privacy

Personal and health information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive health information through ordinary email, text message or another unsecured channel.

Changes and contact

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applying in New South Wales, Australia.
