Payment and health funds
Credit card, debit card and cash are accepted. Eligible private health claims can be processed on the spot through HICAPS.
Rebates depend on your insurer, level of cover, waiting periods and eligibility. Please confirm directly with your health fund before booking. Loyalty Package clients may request a receipt for manual claiming where eligible.

Cancellation policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at 100% of the appointment fee. Late arrival may shorten treatment time and the full fee still applies.
