Your first appointment

Know what to expect before you arrive.

Your first visit is an opportunity to discuss what you are experiencing, understand your goals and receive treatment adapted to you. You are encouraged to ask questions and communicate your comfort throughout.

Your appointment, step by step

Before arriving

Complete the required client form, arrive approximately 10 minutes early and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. Bring relevant referral or health information only where appropriate and requested securely.

Consultation

Discuss your concerns, health history, daily activities and what you want to return to or improve.

Movement observation

Where relevant, you may be asked to perform simple movements to help relate movement to your goals and current comfort.

Treatment and consent

Hands-on treatment is adjusted to your presentation and preferences. You may ask questions, decline a technique or change your consent at any time.

Movement and self-care

Your session may include a small number of manageable movements, exercises or practical suggestions selected for you.

Payment and next steps

Credit card, debit card and cash are accepted. HICAPS instant claims are available where eligible. Follow-up is discussed based on your goals and response; no fixed result or number of sessions is guaranteed.

Cancellation and arrival

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at 100% of the appointment fee. Late arrival may shorten treatment time and the full fee still applies.

Protecting your information

Do not send sensitive medical information through general enquiry channels. Use only the approved client form when health information is requested.
